FAQs and Policies

At M&H Cleaning, we understand that life happens. We do our best to accommodate all clients and be flexible. Below, you will find our policies.


Satisfaction Guarantee! 

If something was missed or you are unsatisfied with your cleaning, let us know within 24 hours and we will come back to fix the issue. We do not offer refunds on payments. Please keep in mind that for our timed cleans, we can only do as much as time allows, and complete areas in order of your priority list.


Cancellations-

We do our best to avoid any cancellation charges, but sometimes they are necessary to keep things fair for our cleaners. 

We ask for 48 hours notice prior to appointment time of any cancellations. Cancellations made after 48 hours prior to the start time are subject to a $50 fee or 50% of the appointment cost, whichever is greater. 

Cancellations the day of are subject to the full cleaning cost.

Not being able to enter the home due to lock out, pets, or other circumstances out of our control are subject to the full cleaning cost.


Payments-

We will send a link via our Facebook page or email to pre-pay for your appointment via our secure link with Square.
